Under a Holding Company structure, our management vision will be to build & keep our company reliable by leading and assisting our other sub-companies. Based on this vision we aim to minimize our financial risks, implement the group-integrated operation by maximizing the group’s synergy by holding 100% shares of the holding in Malta subsidiaries. We strongly believe that with this new structure, our valuable cooperation will continue for many more years as up to now we have proceeded with healthy management on a stable operating base. On MLC 2006 Standart Certification; Our Fleet vessel Aleyna Mercan was inspected by the Bureau Veritas and Certified. Certification standard to provide better conditions to all seamen and this Certification was performed by the Bureau Veritas which is the first inspection/certification in Turkey.
